My latest feature is titled TO YOUR LAST DEATH (www.toyourlastdeath.com). It’s the first US-produced 2D animated horror feature and stars William Shatner, Ray Wise, and Morena Baccarin. It’s won 35 awards to date. Normally I work in live action — I call my favorite genre “elevated geek” — essentially, a story with a strong social/political message that utilizes a genre vehicle like sci-fi, fantasy, thriller, or horror to make its point. My company is called CoverageInk Films (www.coverageinkfilms.com). I also work as a story analyst here in Los Angeles. Before switching to film and making my way to the left coast, I was a New York theater rat — playwright, director and producer as well as Artistic Director — until the inevitable burnout (which seems to happen to lots of theater folk). My plays have been produced all over NYC as well as in many festivals like the New York Fringe.
